Summer Camp Program

Fun & Physical Activities

Tired of your child spending all of their time in front of a screen? We will get your child up and moving and promote a physical lifestyle. Some activities include Sports, Martial Arts, Arts & Crafts, Gaming, and Cultural Studies.

Each day your child will have the opportunity develop their social skills. We make each activity a learning event so that your child can learn how to integrate and be confident with their peers.

Great Camp Counselors

Our Summer Camp program is operated by talented counselors who have years of experience and who have DBS Disclosure Certificates.

Snacks & Drinks

We provide your child with (2) healthy snacks per day plus drinks. Lunch options will be available at the time of registration.

SUMMER CAMP Activities

Summer Camp offers non-stop fun activities that your child will love. Your child will enjoy interacting with friends and participating in all the fun and safe activities. Below are some typical activities

A Typical Day at Summer Camp

The following agenda displays what a typical day looks like at Summer Camp, of course, every day is different.

7:00 - 9:00am

Open Play Time

During this time the children are allowed to participate in “open play” as the parents drop off their children for an exciting day of fun, fitness, and development.

Snack Time

The children are given an opportunity to have snacks.

Field Trip

It’s field trip time! To great locations such as the Hames Hamilton Heritage Park.  The gardens are beautiful and educational.

The children enjoy a wonderful picnic lunch

Organized Sports Activities

During this time there are multiple organized activities that the children can select from.  The options typically include sports based activities such as martial arts, football, basketball, dance, tumbling, or cheer.

Organized Low Key Activities

We close out the day with more relaxing activities to give the kids an opportunity to wind down.  These activities typically include arts and crafts, educational lessons, character and social development with story time, or a visit to the gaming room.

Parents begin picking up their children for the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Summer Camp is open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

No, all equipment will be provided or can be purchased when needed at Winners Edge, but initially you do not need any special equipment.

 

We recommend loose clothing with close toed shoes or trainers as we are always involved in some type of activity.

We provide each child healthy snacks each day and drinks. Upon enrollment you can register for daily lunch options.

We provide discounts on a case-by-case basis, be sure to ask if you are eligible. Some of our discounts include sibling discounts, referral discounts, military discounts, etc.

Absolutely, we welcome you to come anytime during Summer Camp to see our facility and programs. Just call to check our schedule in advance as we are frequently on off-site activities.
